Thinking of Building a Deck in Kingston?
It's that time of year—sunshine, BBQs, and daydreaming about that perfect backyard deck. Whether you're imagining a front porch upgrade or a backyard oasis, building a deck in Kingston involves more than just good design. Without the right permits and inspections, your dream project could quickly turn into a costly headache.
We’ve seen it too many times: A contractor convinces a homeowner to pull the permit themselves to "save money." But here’s the reality—if the work fails inspection and the contractor is long gone, you’re stuck with the bill. Worse, you could be fined $200 just for starting construction before your permit is issued.
At Stone Edge, We Handle It All—So You Don’t Have To
We take care of everything:
✔️ Professional design and engineering drawings
✔️ Permit applications and coordination
✔️ Code-compliant materials and construction
✔️ All required inspections (start to finish)
With Stone Edge, you're not left guessing or Googling building codes. You're working directly with Millard, our owner and site foreman, who brings over 35 years of deck building expertise to every project.
